RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to love your Scent Poem fragrance. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

 

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Only unopened, sealed fragrances in their original packaging (including the original cellophane) are eligible for return. Gift sets must be returned complete and unopened.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, opened, used or tested fragrances cannot be returned.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns are accepted only from the United States and Puerto Rico.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at infojspagestore@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
