SHIPPING POLICY

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship only within the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally.

 

CARRIER

Orders ship by ground only via USPS Ground Advantage (UPS Ground is also available in the contiguous U.S.). Fragrances contain alcohol and cannot ship by air.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. Orders over $110 ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

 

PROCESSING TIME

Orders ship Monday to Friday only (no weekends or US holidays), with 1 business day of handling time. For example: an order placed on Monday ships on Tuesday; an order placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday ships on Monday.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico have an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days due to transportation logistics.

 

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Due to USPS policy, orders over 16 fl oz in total are shipped with separate shipping labels and may arrive in separate packages.

 

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
